Terms:
The minimum rental period is one day and equipment is rented on a 24-hour basis i.e. if
an item is rented on Monday at 10:00 AM, it must be returned on Tuesday by 10:00 AM.
Equipment returned late will be charged for an extra day.
An authorized siqnature is needed to indicate a customer's acceptance of MFI'S terms
and conditions listed on the bottom page of each shipping invoice.
Equipment is quality checked before leaving our premises. In the unlikely event of a
malfunction, MFI must be contacted immediately for service or replacement. We cannot be
held responsible for client operator errors.
Credit Policy:
Although MFI normally operates on a C.O.D. basis, corporate accounts are obtainable.
Customers who wish to open an MFI account should submit a credit application lo working
days prior to scheduled rentals. MFI'S credit terms are usually net 10 to 30 days and are
limited in amount. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diner's Club
Cards.
Security Deposit:
We require a security deposit equivalent to the retail value of all equipment rented.
Major credit cards are acceptable. Deposits may be waived for customers with current
accounts.
Loss or Theft:
MFI does not insure rental equipment. Thus, customers are liable for covering any loss
or damage- Rental charges for lost or stolen equipment will accumulate until the
replacement cost of the equipment has been paid. Please review invoice for complete list
of customer liabilities.
Reservations:
To ensure the availability of equipment, we recommend that all orders be made as far in
advance as possible.
Spare Lamp Policy:
Spare lamps are included in rentals. In the event of lamp failure, there will be no
charge if supplied lamps are returned. Missing and/or broken lamps are billable.
Services and Rates:
Our normal hours of operation are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with
24 hour emergency service also available by prior arrangement.
